DeepSeek Quietly Launches Harness Web UI, Installable via npm

DeepSeek has released a new tool called Harness, which appears to be a Web UI. Users can install it directly via npm using the official command npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web.
Alternatively, users can simply send the installation link to coding agents like Codex, allowing the AI to automatically configure and install the environment.
