DeepSeek-Harness Released: Installable via npm as a Web UI

DeepSeek's newly launched DeepSeek-Harness is now available. It can be installed via npm and appears to function as a Web UI.
The installation process is straightforward: simply instruct your Codex or other AI Agent with the command "Install https://..." to automate the deployment. The author noted that further testing will follow.
