AI Transparency Rules Take Effect: Synthesia Signs EU AI Act Article 50

As AI transparency rules begin to roll out in Europe and at the US state level, compliance requirements for generative media are shifting from abstract policy to concrete product requirements. For enterprise AI adopters, compliance can no longer be an afterthought but must be built into the content creation, management, and distribution pipeline.
Synthesia is among the first AI companies globally to sign the EU AI Act Article 50 Code of Practice, which defines responsibilities for both providers and users of AI systems regarding the labeling of AI-generated content.
