DeepSeek-V4-Pro Launches with Major Agent Upgrades and Flexible Reasoning

DeepSeek officially announced the launch of the DeepSeek-V4-Pro model. The new version brings significant production-level improvements to Agent workflows and introduces a flexible reasoning effort mechanism (low, high, max) to handle tasks ranging from simple queries to complex operations. Additionally, it natively supports the OpenAI Responses API and is optimized for one-click Codex setup. V4 Pro is now available across app, web (Expert Mode), and API.
