Europe frequently discusses AI sovereignty, yet in practice, the continent remains heavily dependent on US models, cloud services, chips, and APIs. In a recent interview, PandaOS co-founders argued that true sovereignty does not mean owning every layer of the AI stack.
Instead, they emphasized that businesses should focus on maintaining control over their core data and systems.
