L&T and Together AI to Build 10,000-GPU NVIDIA B300 AI Factory in India

Indian conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has partnered with US-based AI company Together AI to build India's largest NVIDIA B300 AI factory in Chennai.
The computing facility will be powered by a single cluster of 10,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs, designed for large-scale AI training and inference. Located at the Vyoma data center campus, Phase 1 of the project is designed to support up to 250 MW of power capacity.
