Opinion: SpaceXAI and Tesla Will Surpass OpenAI as Software AI Becomes a Cheap Commodity

The author argues that standalone AI companies will lose value as software and AI become low-cost commodities. In contrast, SpaceXAI and Tesla, with their integration of vehicles, rockets, satellite internet, energy storage, and compute infrastructure, will hold far greater long-term value. When software value approaches zero, only manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure will retain worth.
