A developer optimized the MiniMax H3 image-to-video workflow on an RTX 4070 using Turbo LoRA and Sage Attention.
- Performance: Render time for a 10-second 1MP video was reduced from roughly 33 minutes to just over 11 minutes.
- Post-processing: The clip was upscaled and frame-interpolated. Results were generally good, though upscaling suffered when faces were too small in the source frame. Generated audio quality was also poor.
- Workflow: Initial stills were generated using Seedream 5.0 Pro.
