Source Material: Started with personal photos of their own town, which were then cleaned up and modified.
All-in-One Workflow: Cleanup, creative direction, character sheets, props, storyboarding, animation, and sound were all handled on a single canvas.
Output: The final project consisted of 17 shots, requiring no physical sets or film crew.
