Bloomberg reports Anthropic is in talks to acquire Decart, an AI infrastructure startup valued at nearly $4B three months ago. Anthropic's Claude runs on AWS Trainium, Google TPUs, and Nvidia GPUs, each requiring separate optimizations. Decart's DOS system covers these chips with kernel, compiler, and co-design expertise. The $6B price aligns with Anthropic's $100B+ AWS commitment. Anthropic also acquired Bun runtime and released Oasis 3, a closed-loop world model for robot training at 22fps.
