Claude Desktop Cowork Pop-up Overlays Context, Causing UX Friction
Impressive_Koala5483 · reddit · 2026-08-13
A user reported a UI/UX bug in the Windows desktop version of Claude Cowork. When Claude presents a multiple-choice question, the pop-up directly covers the explanatory text it just generated, making it impossible to read the context. Additionally, the pop-up disappears randomly and sometimes sends an "answer" without the user clicking anything. The current workaround is prompting Claude to ask questions in plain text instead of using the question box.
