Opinion: SaaS Tools Will Evolve Into 'Systems of Context' in the Agentic Era

As teams increasingly use AI agents to run their workflows, traditional SaaS tools are shifting to become systems of record (databases).
The author suggests a better framing is 'systems of context'. Without a common plane for context to be shared across different agents, the performance of AI agents will severely suffer.
