GPT Models Struggle with Pixel Art: UI Interaction Fails and Poor Generation

A user tested GPT-5.6 Luna Max to draw a 32x32 pixel image in Aseprite, but it failed due to incorrect clicking. After building a custom pixel editor, the generation was still pretty awful. Switching to GPT-5.6 Sol Medium finally yielded a better result.
