Texas to hit 10GW power as nuclear becomes terrestrial compute fuel

Nina Schick highlights Texas's massive potential for AI compute infrastructure, noting SpaceX will have up to 10GW of power by next year. She predicts nuclear energy will power terrestrial compute, while solar will handle off-Earth operations.
Quoting @MattLoszak, she adds context on future demand: Terafabs will need 2-3 GW of power by 2033. To meet this, Aalo is building a 1M sqft nuclear reactor factory aiming for 1 GW/yr of hardware output by the end of 2030.
