Claude Code CLI Update: Bundle Size +8%, Adds Plugin Marketplace & SSE Keepalive

Claude Code CLI version 2.1.229 has been released. Compared to the previous version, the bundle file size has increased by 8% (+3.4 MB). Prompt tokens grew by 9.2% (+11,157 tokens), with an increased share allocated to tools.
Key New Features:
- Added plugin marketplace command sources, supporting loading from local commands (e.g., an IDE).
- Introduced SSE keepalive pings to gateway streaming responses to prevent idle-timeout disconnects during long thinking pauses on Vertex and Bedrock upstreams.
- Added server-supplied Claude Code hook support for self-hosted runner sessions.
