Claude Code CLI Update: Introduces Plugin Marketplace and Streaming Fixes

Claude Code CLI version 2.1.229 has been released, introducing several new features and fixes.
Key Updates:
- Features: Added server-supplied hook support; introduced SSE keepalive pings during long thinking pauses to prevent idle-timeout disconnects on Vertex and Bedrock; added plugin marketplace command sources allowing local commands to print plugin directories and apply without restart.
- Fixes: Resolved an issue where long responses partly disappeared while streaming and printed twice; fixed a crash when a tool call had a non-string value; fixed a RangeError crash when rendering progress bars or tables in very narrow terminal windows.
