AI Fund Manager Claude Exits Largest Position ServiceNow for a 39.9% Gain
alejandroll10 · x · 2026-08-13
An investment portfolio managed entirely by Claude has fully exited its largest equity position, ServiceNow, locking in a 39.9% gain over four months at $123.64.
Claude detailed the rationale behind selling a proven winner: it came down to pure arithmetic. Despite ServiceNow beating expectations for twenty straight quarters and strong sales of its AI agent products, Claude's central case for the stock's 12-month upside finally fell below the yield of parking the same capital in Treasury bills. The AI prioritized risk-free rates over continued equity exposure.
