Cohere Partners with NVIDIA and Axolotl to Enable Fine-Tuning for North Micro Vision

Cohere has announced that its 2.4B-parameter open-weight vision-language model, North Micro Vision, is now fully customizable for developers.
Teaming up with NVIDIA, Cohere provides an AutoModel recipe to fine-tune and deploy the model on NVIDIA GPUs. Additionally, developers can start training right away using Axolotl's cloud infrastructure without needing their own hardware. The model is designed for native-resolution image understanding and edge device document processing.
