Grok 4.6 hits Vercel AI Gateway with 500K token context window

Vercel announces that xAI's Grok 4.6 is now available on its AI Gateway. The model features a massive 500K token context window, accepts text and image inputs, and offers multiple reasoning levels up to 'xhigh'.
Developers can integrate it via the Vercel AI SDK or select it inside coding agents like Claude Code and Codex. The AI Gateway provides a unified API with usage tracking, failover routing, and zero platform markup on inference.
