Kling 3.0 currently holds the top spot on the Artificial Analysis video leaderboard. It generates lip-synced audio in five languages directly from text. With a standard plan starting at $6.99/month for 1080p and commercial rights, it offers the cheapest premium model per second. The free tier, however, is limited to 720p with watermarks.
