Open-Source Local UI for World Models: Building Interactive Narratives with State Graphs
Zovsky_ · reddit · 2026-08-13
A developer has open-sourced a local UI tool for building interactive experiences with world models. The tool abstracts each "world" into a state machine driven by transitions between states, featuring a "kernel agent" that translates text prompts into editable logic graphs.
It supports mainstream model providers and allows local model connections via WebSocket. The project ships with two playable bridges: MIRA Mini (neural car soccer) running on Apple Silicon, and a Doom port driven by an ONNX diffusion model on local GPUs.
