A developer showcased an AI-powered geographic ecological tool: by simply drawing a shape over an abandoned industrial lot in Brazil, the system recommends 64 native species that would thrive there.
It also provides purchasing channels for seedlings ($2 each) and simulates what the forest will look like by 2060. The tool works for any patch of land on Earth and is completely free and open-source.
