Bank of America Sets $250B AI Infrastructure Financing Target; Morgan Stanley Unveils $1.5T Program

Bank of America has set a $250 billion financing target for AI infrastructure and power, covering eligible lending, investing, capital-markets, and advisory transactions from Jan 1, 2026 to Jul 4, 2027. Two days earlier, Morgan Stanley announced a roughly $1.5 trillion, 10-year program covering AI, semiconductors, data infrastructure, and supporting energy systems.
