xAI Launches Grok 4.6: 1.5T Parameters with Major Coding & Agent Upgrades

xAI has officially announced the release of Grok 4.6. Built on a 1.5T parameter foundation model, the new version features major upgrades to supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL).
The company notes that Grok 4.6 delivers significant improvements in multi-step reasoning, coding capabilities, and agent performance, while maintaining the same pricing and blazing fast inference speed as its predecessor.
