Glassdoor reintroduced the list after a five-year hiatus, noting that as AI reshapes workplace expectations, top leaders excel at empowering their people and driving authentic culture. NVIDIA also previously topped Glassdoor’s Best-Led Companies and Best Places to Work in Tech and AI lists.
