Thrive Holdings Raises $2B at $12B Valuation to Scale AI in Critical Industries

Thrive Holdings announced over $2 billion in new funding at a $12 billion valuation. The round includes investments from D1 Capital Partners, Altimeter Capital, and SoftBank, bringing total capital raised to more than $3 billion.
The company will use the fresh capital to scale its AI deployment workflows across its 70+ owned businesses in accounting and IT services. Additionally, Thrive is launching a new platform focused on the technical and regulatory work required to build and maintain essential infrastructure.
