LTX 2.5 tested in ComfyUI: Fast, crisp, but physics still hallucinates
xdcfret1 · reddit · 2026-08-12
A developer tested the new LTX 2.5 video generation workflows in ComfyUI and shared initial impressions:
- The Good: Generation speed is exceptionally fast. Image quality is a significant step up with sharper details and less muddiness. Audio alignment and quality were also surprisingly good.
- The Needs Work: The model still hallucinates physics. Objects sometimes clip or move in unnatural ways.
The author shared a video that looked super impressive for the first 6 seconds, before the subject started riding a bike backwards.
