Report: Ilya's SSI Shifts to Scaling with Test-Time Training Engine

According to sources, Ilya Sutskever's SSI is preparing to take its first steps out of the pure research phase and back into the era of scale.
Reports indicate SSI has built a small reasoning engine that competes with much larger training runs by using better-curated data for meta-learning. More importantly, the industry may be entering the era of TTT (Test-Time Training), scaling capabilities via gradient descent during inference.
