Three.js Merges PR for View-Dependent Gaussian Splatting via Spherical Harmonics

Three.js has officially merged PR #34215 by Ben Houston, introducing view-dependent rendering for Gaussian Splats using Spherical Harmonics (up to SH3).
This update allows 3D Gaussian Splats to correctly display physical details that change with the viewing angle, such as white fresnel/sheen fringes on a lion model, significantly improving the visual fidelity of web-based 3D scenes.
