Open-source watermarks-remover now strips OpenAI and Gemini watermarks

The GitHub project watermarks-remover has been updated to support removing AI watermarks from OpenAI and Gemini, in addition to Claude. It uses Unicode text hygiene, statistical rewrite hooks, and C2PA/metadata removal to strip multi-vendor provenance marks from text and files, for privacy on user-owned content.
