The AI helped calculate the economics of this business: taking a 1,500-cabin ship at 90% occupancy with an average rent of $2,400/month, the annual revenue could reach $38.9 million. At an average of $2,750, it would gross about $44.6 million/year. The model also suggested segmenting cabins into inside, ocean-view, balcony, and suites for tiered pricing.
