Google Gemma Hits 1 Billion Downloads Milestone

Google Gemma announced that its open-source models have surpassed 1 billion downloads on Hugging Face. To celebrate, they are hosting an exclusive event in SF on Aug 20 for open-source builders and researchers.
Meanwhile, quoted data shows that enterprise AI company LightOn has also surpassed 70 million downloads for its models.
