Jeff Bezos believes that pure "AI companies" are merely a temporary category. The real paradigm shift occurs when every manufacturer, hotel, and consumer business rebuilds its operations around AI.
He noted that as technology democratizes, everyone will eventually have access to similar underlying AI models. Therefore, true competitive advantage will stem not from the models themselves, but from how a company redesigns and optimizes its business processes around them.
