Rocky Linux Founder Launches OpenWALDO to Build Auditable Open-Source AI Training Data

Gregory Kurtzer, co-founder of Rocky Linux, announced the launch of the OpenWALDO project. This is a community-governed open-source initiative aimed at providing the AI field with a shared, fully auditable corpus of training data and code. It seeks to advance truly open-source AI and address the industry's current pain point of open weights but closed data.
