ChatGPT Desktop App Launches in Preview for Multiple Linux Distributions

OpenAI announced that the ChatGPT desktop app is now available in preview for several Linux distributions. The update supports Ubuntu 24.04/26.04 LTS, Debian 13, and Fedora 43 & 44. Users can install the app using .deb or .rpm packages for both x64 and ARM64 architectures. Additionally, Codex is coming to the Linux desktop app, allowing developers to manage projects and workflows in a unified environment.
