AI Recruiting Agent in Action: Running Month-Long Cycles from Sourcing to Interviewing
adcock_brett · x · 2026-08-12
Brett Adcock shared a practice of using the Hark Handoff agent to scale recruiting efforts. Recruiting poses a unique challenge for autonomous computers due to its 30-day cycle, constant real-world human interactions, and lack of verifiable reward signals.
Connected to their internal systems, Handoff acts as a digital recruiting assistant that automatically handles the entire workflow: reading open roles from the website, sourcing qualified candidates on LinkedIn, sending outreach messages, and booking interviews directly on the calendar. Interestingly, the agent also successfully sourced Tanmay, who now leads the Handoff efforts.
