NVIDIA's NeMo Switchyard Cuts Coding Agent Costs by 59% and Runtime by 32% in Ramp Test

The Ramp team tested NVIDIA NeMo Switchyard’s stage router for coding agents using SWE-Bench.
Results show that routed agents achieved comparable performance to single-model controls. However, the routing library slashed inference costs by 59% and reduced runtime by 32%. This demonstrates that efficient routing strategies can significantly boost agent efficiency and reduce overhead without sacrificing task quality.
