Where it shined: The blank-canvas phase. Going from nothing to a structured first draft with plausible copy collapsed from hours to minutes. Clients also react better to editing a concrete draft than answering abstract questions.
Where it struggled: Taste and specifics. Generated copy remained generic until rewritten with the client's actual voice. Layout decisions requiring judgment (e.g., plumber vs. bakery priorities) were often wrong, and the agent hallucinated services, requiring line-by-line checks.
Ultimately, it acts as a first-draft engine, shifting the bottleneck from starting the site to customizing it for the client.
