Nemotron 3.5 Specs Revealed: 3.6B Active Params Matches Larger Models

According to developers with early access, Nvidia's newly released Nemotron 3.5 Lightning features 31.6B total parameters but only activates 3.6B parameters during inference.
Performance-wise, it achieves an intelligence score comparable to gpt-oss-120b using roughly a quarter of the total parameters. The model features open weights and allows for commercial use.
