EA Funds Launches Transformative AI Fund, Replaces Long-Term Future Fund

EA Funds is shutting down its Long-Term Future Fund and launching the new Transformative AI Fund, led by a full-time team.
The new fund will primarily focus on technical AI safety and AI governance (including post-AGI governance), while also supporting field-building and forecasting. This move aims to scale up the grantmaking ecosystem for AI safety and alignment research.
