Wall Street Giants Commit $500B to Finance Nvidia's AI Compute Ecosystem

Wall Street heavyweights including Apollo, Blackstone, and Goldman Sachs have signed MOUs to create a $500 billion dedicated capital pool. This initiative aims to offer attractive financing rates to NVIDIA customers, effectively turning GPU capacity into an underwriteable asset.
Jensen Huang stated that NVIDIA itself could backstop up to $125 billion (25% of potential deals), building on their July credit-support model for AI clouds.
However, this long-duration financing assumes GPU fleets will retain economic value across hardware generations. The Bank of England has already warned that rapidly expanding AI credit could transmit shocks through financial markets.
