Nvidia Partners With Wall Street Giants to Fund $500B AI Infrastructure
智东西 · wechat · 2026-08-11
Nvidia has signed an MOU with six top financial institutions, including BlackRock, Blackstone, and Goldman Sachs, to launch an independent compute financing platform. This initiative aims to unlock over $500 billion in third-party capital for AI infrastructure construction.
CEO Jensen Huang emphasized that AI compute has officially become an investable asset class. Supported by the CUDA ecosystem, Nvidia's hardware offers low token costs, long lifespans, and cross-client flexibility. The platform will help AI labs and cloud providers secure massive compute funding without straining their own balance sheets. BlackRock's Larry Fink compared the project to the creation of mortgage-backed securities in the 1970s.
