Envision Group has officially launched the 'Galaxy Base' in Ulanqab, featuring the world's largest AI compute super-structure covering over 120,000 square meters. With a total planned capacity of 2GW, the base aims to support million-GPU parallel computing, signaling a shift in AI competition from pure chip performance to energy and system efficiency.

As AI cluster scales approach a million GPUs, power supply has transformed from a supplementary feature to a core bottleneck. Leveraging its renewable energy background, Envision uses meteorological forecasting and intelligent dispatch systems to convert fluctuating green energy into stable compute power, adopting advanced solutions like 800V DC supply to minimize energy loss.

This cross-industry move highlights a new trend in China's compute industry: utilizing long-standing advantages in renewable energy, storage, and large-scale engineering to solve the power and cooling bottlenecks of GW-level data centers, exploring a replicable path for systemic infrastructure competition.
