Suno's New Download Limits Spark Backlash from Pro Users Over Broken Promises

AI music platform Suno announced new download limits starting Sept 3: Free users get 7 lifetime downloads, Pro gets 20/month, and Premier gets 60/month. The company stated this aims to stop mass-export by bad actors flooding streams with AI tracks, tied to label deals and new licensed models.
However, many annual Pro subscribers are upset, arguing they paid for unlimited downloads and feel this mid-subscription change unfairly restricts real creators.
