AI Safety is Fundamentally a Product Quality Problem, No Alignment Means No Sales
mmmbchang · x · 2026-08-11
The author argues that AI safety is fundamentally a product quality assurance (QA) problem. Users will not pay for an AI product if they cannot trust it to avoid unwanted or unpredictable behaviors.
