Jensen Huang unveils $500B+ AI compute financing platform with six major financial giants
机器之心 · wechat · 2026-08-11
Jensen Huang announced that NVIDIA is partnering with six top financial institutions, including Apollo and BlackRock, to establish independent compute financing platforms. The initiative aims to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital for global AI infrastructure.
Huang emphasized that compute is becoming a new "investable infrastructure asset class." Addressing market concerns about "circular financing," he clarified that this is not NVIDIA's direct revenue, and the company's residual value support for projects is capped at 25%, with independent risk assessments conducted solely by the financial institutions.
