Korea's Motif 3 LLM Released, Trained on NVIDIA B200 with NeMo-RL

Motif Technologies has officially released Motif 3 Base and Motif 3, marking their entry into the frontier LLM race.
- Training & Support: Developed with the support of Korea's Ministry of Science and trained on NVIDIA B200 GPUs.
- Post-training: Motif 3 utilizes NVIDIA NeMo-RL for post-training on top of the Base model.
- Availability: An NVFP4 version was released in collaboration with NVIDIA. All models are now available on Hugging Face.
