OpenAI Removes ChatGPT Free Text Limits, Alibaba Qwen Platform Launches

OpenAI announced the removal of message limits for text-based chats for Free and Go tier users, though limits for image generation and file uploads remain. The default model for these tiers is updated to the lighter GPT-5.6Luna.
Alibaba's Qwen Open Platform is now live, allowing third-party developers to create AI agents across mobile, PC, and AI glasses, covering services like rentals and logistics.
