Meta Returns to Open Weights with Muse Glimmer (30B, Apache 2.0)

Developer Simon Willison introduces Meta's latest open-weights model, Muse Glimmer. The 30B model is released under a clean Apache 2.0 license, a notable step up from the restrictive licenses of the old Llama series. Willison also shared a test image generated using the 25.77 GB version of the model via LM Studio.
