Hands-On: LangChain DeepAgents Holds Its Own Against Codex in Coding Tasks

A developer shared results from a two-week experiment comparing project-specific coding workflows between LangChain DeepAgents and Codex.
The findings reveal that LangChain's DeepAgents are highly competitive, easily holding their own against Codex. Furthermore, the team significantly slimmed down the DeepAgents harness, making it the second cheapest framework currently available.
